The Yoga Fairy has Moved to a New Location…

Hello Friends!

I have launched a new website where you can learn more about my business and the wellness services I provide.

I like to describe Yoga Therapy as using the body, the breath and the mind to deepen the connection to your heart. Mental health, depression, disease, stress, low self esteem, learning disorders, physical ailments, chronic pain, and isolation are all distractions from being our best selves.

I became a Yoga Therapist  because I believe in the benefits.

What makes yoga therapy different from other types of therapy?

In psychology you work with the mind. In physical therapy you work with the body.

In Yoga Therapy you work with both the mind and the body.

Yoga Therapy is:

  • Life Coaching
  • Changing Habits
  • Benefiting the whole-self:  physical, emotional and spiritual

Yoga Therapy is for:

  • Kids
  • Teenagers
  • Adults

I have spent more than 1000 hours in training because I have seen transformation through yoga.

My passion in life is healing, wellness and yoga.

I am so excited to finally become certified in Integrated Movement Therapy and by the International  Association of Yoga Therapists. 

I use everything I have learned, and continue to learn, to help people make behavioral shifts and move towards being their best self.

We all have the tools, sometimes we just need a teacher to show us how to use them.
