I like to describe Yoga Therapy as using the body, the breath and the mind to deepen the connection to your heart. Mental health, depression, disease, stress, low self esteem, learning disorders, physical ailments, chronic pain, and isolation are all distractions from being our best selves.

I have spent more than 1000 hours in training because I have seen transformation through yoga.
